Good stay but needs slight improvement
Overall we had a very good stay, the booking process, check in and check out process were smooth. We had rented 3 apartments while we were there as we were many ppl. 2 out of the 3 apartments were in perfect condition, unfortunately 1 apartment had some slight issues as below: Although it was a 2 bedroom, it came with only 1 bathroom. The freezer was unclean and had food bits from the previous guests, cutlery was unclean, and the dishwasher had a bad stink through out our stay. We raised these issues on check in and unfortunately it took 5 days before anyone could come out so we ended up cleaning everything ourselves except the dishwasher smell issue wasn't fixed until we left. Apart from this service glitch, everything was very good and our stay was very pleasant.

Parking is allocated within apartment block grounds. Right on the door step there is a Tesco Express along with Costa coffee, Dominos, Papa Johns and other restaurants. Traveling to and from the apartments is flexible with easy access to underground and over ground stations with the M1 motorway less than 15 minutes drive"
