An ancient stone staircase takes you to the entrance of this charming home, 95sq meters, fully restored and decorated with old style, redesigned “retro” and contemporary furniture, unique artworks as paintings, sculptures and photos by international artists, and art handicraft creations,




But what will take your heart will be the incredible view from all the windows:
especially from the "suite studio": breathtaking, from the hill to the plain and the sea. You feel like an hawk enjoying the sight from the sky.


The apartment consists of:
a living,
a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, plenty of crockery and cookware and table linen)
One double room
One double room with studio suite (40sqm)
Two bathrooms (hair dryer and towels provided)


A room in one of the terrace little gardens has been transformed in a comfortable
laundry equipped with washing machine, dryer, iron and iron table, drying racks

Perfekt und über den Erwartungen

Ein wundervolles Haus mit einer sehr gehobenen und geschmackvollen Einrichtung. Absolut hoher Standard der seines gleichen sucht. Gabriella als Vermieterin ein Traum. Engagiert und immer ansprechbar. Ganz besonders in Wein und kulturellen Fragen. Wir werden noch einmal hinfahren.

Fabelhaft

Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft schön eingerichtet. Eine Mischung aus antiken und modernen Möbeln. Sehr sauber, groß, neu renoviert. In der Küche findet man alles was man braucht. Gut gelegen: 30 km zum Meer, in der Ortschaft 2 Restaurants (das am Castello ist günstig und sehr lecker!). Gabriella ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit, kommunikativ, spricht sehr gut Englisch und gut Deutsch. Ortschaft: klein, überschaubar, typisch toskanisch, zauberhaft, sehenswert, sehr ruhig. Es war sehr schön, wir empfehlen es sehr!
