Relaxing pool home on canal that leads to Alligator Creek into Charlotte Harbor, no bridges. 10 minute boat ride to Charlotte Harbor. This beach retreat decorated mobile home has a New huge outdoor kitchen. Smart TV on pool deck for your entertainment. Home is on a quiet cul-de-sac with a peaceful view of the canal. NO SMOKING ALLOWED ON PROPERTY. Within minutes to downtown Punta Gorda, only 30 minutes to Port Charlotte. Heated, Private Pool for additional fee. $100.00 ($14.28/day)extra fee for heated pool per 7 day stay or rental period if shorter. Close to a lot of dining and many things to do. Free Wifi. no landline phone. Boat lifts not available. There is Dock space available. willing to rent weekly during the months of November and December. 3 month rental required for a mix of January, February, and March. May consider different 3 month set ups - just message me with any questions. deposit(s) due at booking. 1/2 rent due 90 days prior to check-in, other 1/2 due 60 days prior to checking. $250 cleaning fee. Please note: There are 3 outside security camera. Pellet or propane grill available.Smart TVs in living room, all 3 bedrooms and pool deck for app subscribers.
