Can't say enough about how perfect the location is, directly in front of the beach, tons of restaurants right at your doorstep, grocery store in the same building that has fresh bread every morning, nightly entertainment also right in front but not too close to the main clubs and bars that will make it noisier at night, those are all within a 3-5 min walk. The apartment itself is great, a bit outdated but the view in that large veranda is incredible.

Nice location but the apartment but needs work

The apartment is in a fantastic location surrounded by stores,restaurants and even a grocery store on the corner of the building.The apartment is not well maintained.There were 2 large spots of black mold in the bathroom,the shower curtain was disgusting and the door was difficult to close.The kitchen floor was always wet since one of the lines to the boiler was leaking.The couch and chair in the living are very old and should be replaced.There are 2 mats on each side of the bed that were dirty,buying new ones would probably cost less then €10.When the electricity went out and we couldn’t find the fuse box(hidden behind a curtain) our phone call to the office was not returned and we had to go there to get the power restored.
