Quinta Nova Apartment by Trip2Portugal
Recently refurbished and decorated. The studio is fitted with a queen size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The balcony calls for bright breakfasts or for a refreshing Portuguese wine glass after a long day at the beach!
Besides being right by the estuary compound of Ria de Alvor which is a nature haven, the apartment is just a 3 min drive away from Alvor and 10 min from Portimão, where you´ll find everything from traditional fresh seafood or international restaurants and bars, terraced cafes, farmers markets and supermarkets to leisure activities, pharmacies and other services you might need.
Ria de Alvor is 1700 hectares wide and is framed by beautiful dunes, natural salterns as well as sandy peninsulas where rich biodiversity finds its home.
If your a golf lover or are interested in learning the skills looking forward to a "hole in one", there are 2 golf courses within 5 minutes!
Check-in after 10pm:
- Until 00h - €20 / - 00h - 2am - €30
- The municipality of Portimão charges a tourist tax which is 2€ (1 April - 31 October) or 1€ (1 November - 31 March) per person / per day (up to a maximum of 7 days), except for guests under 13 years old, that are exempt from payment. This charge will take place at the check-in. It is not included in the reservation.
- A DAMAGE DEPOSIT of 100€ will be asked before check-in. The damage deposit is refundable a 2/3 days after check-out, if no damage is done to the property.
