Cosy Character Grade 2 Listed Cottage with Wood Fired Hot Tub

Charity School Cottage is a Grade 2 listed cottage in the village of Tredington on the borders of south Warwickshire and the Cotswolds. The cottage is approximately 350 years old, being stone built and retaining all of it’s original character and features. Charity School was Tredington’s original school as early as 1812.
Take it easy at this unique and tranquil cottage on the borders of the Cotswolds and South Warwickshire.
A beautiful Grade 2 listed cottage which has just undergone a full refurbishment.
Everything has been sympathetically restored to original features including - flagstone floors in dining room, oak floors in living room, stone floors in kitchen, cast iron radiators throughout, exposed oak beams, open fireplace in dining room, AGA wood burning stove in living room, fully fitted kitchen with large range cooker, solid oak units and stone worktops.
Cottage also benefits from a large utility room which house a large fridge freezer, washing machine and storage/drying of wet dogs and muddy boots!!.
Outdoor area has a large dining area with teak table and chairs. Garden has great grassed area and sandpit for children, the majority of garden is fully enclosed and safe for children and dog, all surrounded by beautiful village views
A new addition to the cottage is a beautiful wood fired hot tub, which includes LED lighting, bubbles and massaging hydro jets, all under the beautiful clear skies of Tredington!.
