About this property

Beautiful and cozy villa with terrace, garden and pool, distributed over 2 floors with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a toilet.

On the ground floor we have a hall with access to a living room with a comfortable and large sofa, satellite television, air conditioning and a dining table for 6 people as well as a toilet with a laundry room. From the living room we can access the covered terrace with an outdoor table and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay.

On the upper floor we have a complete bathroom with a built-in shower, a second full bath in master bedroom, and a small balcony, we also have 3 double rooms, 2 of them with a double bed and a third with two single beds.

Outside we find a beautiful terrace with a garden, a private pool, barbecue and a table for 6 people to enjoy the magnificent evenings outdoors.

The house is delivered equipped with bed linen, bath and hand towels.

Great location and nice house

The house has very good location just 3 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes to a large grocery store (by walking) Also 10 minutes walking to bars/restaurants and shops. Easy to take the bus outside if you want to go to Alcudia harbour. The beach is not as crowded here as around the charter hotels. Pool was great in the afternoon. The traffic on the street outside did not bother us, the house is very quiet inside. Quite a lot of mosquitoes in the evening outside. We had a great stay here
