Sa Marina is a comfortable house facing the sea in the beautiful bay of Pollensa. The House has a privileged location to be in front of the sea and to be connected to the picturesque town of Alcudia where you can find supermarkets, shops, restaurants, theatres and the artisan market that is celebrated on Tuesdays and Sundays.

The house, on one level has three bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room and an excellent terrace.



Distribution:

The living room with sofa, TV and dining table organizes the life of the house. There are three bedrooms, two doubles and one with two beds. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The terrace has a barbecue and a table for eating outdoors and sun loungers.



Comfort and amenities:

Air conditioning, kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, barbecue, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle.



Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing can be taken when the use of the house is reasonable.

Note 2. In these properties, where the sea can include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.

Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.

Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.

Note 5: Electricity consumption is not included in the price of accommodation. The cost is 0.25 €/Kw - to be paid on departure.

Note 6: On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.
