In Mallorca Holiday Properties, in accordance with the exceptional situation we suffer, we have modified our cancellation policy to try to reduce the impact on our clients.IN THE EVENT THAT THE GOVERNMENT OF THE BALEARIC ISLANDS IS DECREEING THE CLOSURE OF THE PORTS OR AIRPORTS OF THE BALEARIC ISLANDS, we ARE OFERING YOU TO CHOOSE BETWEEN THE FOLLOWING TWO OPTIONS:
1.-GET a Voucher to be used during the 365 days after your arrival date.
2. CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION IN WHICH CASE WE WILL COMPLETELY RETURN TO YOU THE AMOUNT THAT YOU HAVE PAID TO MALLORCA HOLIDAY PROPERTIES.

In Mallorca Holiday Properties, in accordance with the exceptional situation we suffer, we have modified our cancellation policy to try to reduce the impact on our clients and IN THE EVENT THAT THE AIRPORTS AND / OR PORTS OF YOUR COUNTRY ARE CLOSED, FORBIDING YOU FROM ARRIVING AT THE BALEARIC ISLANDS, WE OFFER YOU A EXCHANGEABLE VOUCHER to be used during the 365 days after your arrival date.




Sa Marina is a comfortable house facing the sea in the beautiful bay of Pollensa. The House has a privileged location for being in front of the sea and for being connected to the picturesque town of Alcudia where you can find supermarkets, shops, restaurants, theaters and the artisan market that is held on Tuesdays and Sundays.
The house, on one floor has three bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, living room and an excellent terrace.

Distribution:
The living room with sofa, TV and dining table organizes the life of the house. There are three bedrooms, two doubles and one with two beds. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The terrace has a barbecue and an outdoor dining table and sun loungers.

Comfort and amenities:
Air conditioning, kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, barbecue, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle.

Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2 In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.
Note 3 When a late check-out is possible, always subject to availability, the cost will be € 50 until 1:00 p.m. and € 90 until 4:00 p.m.
