Tavistock, just a 15 minute drive from the cottage, is one of the five Stannary towns of Dartmoor and offers plenty of amenities including cafes, shops, several pubs and many restaurants.  Beyond Dartmoor, day trips to beaches in Cornwall and Devon offer a great alternative for a fun day-out. With far reaching views over the Moorland, Zoar cottages makes for the perfect escape for families and walkers alike.

Beds: 1 Double (4'6") bed, 2 single (3') beds, 2 (2'6") singles
Rooms: Lower level: 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with 2 single beds
Lower Level:  1 twin bedroom with 2 single beds, Bathroom with shower, bath, wc, wash basin. Cloakroom, Open plan Living/Kitchen/Diner 
Kitchen and Utilities:
Esse Ironheart wood-fired oven and cooking stove, Electric oven, electric cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer. 32" TV with Freeview, DVD player, two three-seater sofas, one freestanding armchair.
Entertainment: 32" TV with Freeview, Bluetooth speaker.
For Families:  Travel cot and High Chair (please bring your own bedding for the travel cot). High chair. 
Outside Space: At the front of the property, there is a well sized enclosed garden area with outdoor bench. Please note access to the rear garden is for a neighbouring property only.
Parking: Space for 2 cars inside/outside the gated drive.
General:  WiFi provided (superfast full fibre  broadband). Heating and electric included in rent. Cotton bed linen and cotton towels are provided .  
Security Deposit:  This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
Notes -  Non-smoking property. WiFi Provided. Limited Mobile Phone Coverage apart from on EE network . 
Short Breaks -  Short Breaks are accepted from January - end of June, from September - December, minimum of 3 nights. Short Breaks are not accepted during the months of July and August.
