Wonderful!

The property was clean and safe. The neighborhood is really nice and quiet. The landlord was very responsive when we had a couple of issues (like needed more towels). Would definitely stay there again!

The house is exactly as described and pictured. Very calm neighborhood, perfect with dogs, garden closely fenced in. Modern and very comfy shower.Beds according to our back very basic and hard, but that is a personal preference.Glasses and plates not quite clean on our arrival, but this is due to the dishwasher not working well. We informed the caretaker and she said she will have a closer look in future. Rest of the house was well cleaned!Microwave also out of order, but I am sure this will be fixed. The kitchen is well-equipped, but everything is a bit dated.Great location to visit the impressive Loire area, Tours is about 10 minuties drive and many interesting chateaus are with 45 minutes drive. Excellent supermarket within 5 minutes drive, very good bakery in the village, also 5 minutes drive.Overall a very pleasant stay - what you see is what you get.

Tout d' abord, je tiens à vous remercier pour les, appréciations d' ensemble que vous portez sur ma location et son environnement. Elles reflètent bien la réalité. Je voudrais répondre aux quelques remarques que vous faites sur certains points : - tout d' abord, cette maison a été entièrement remeublée par mes soins; des améliorations ont été apportées ensuite comme par exemple la salle de bains ainsi que de nombreux équipements extérieurs -j' y séjourne moi-même plusieurs fois par an et veille à ce que tout fonctionne bien; c' est ainsi que le four et la hotte ainsi que la chaudière ont été remplacés. -j' ai choisi des couchages un peu fermes car, renseignements pris à l' époque, c' est ce que les gens préfèrent plutôt qu' un couchage trop mou - le lave vaisselle a été testé après votre départ; la vaisselle est sortie impeccable; il fonctionne très bien. Peut être certains éléments portent ils la trace de leur utilisation, mais ce n' est pas de la saleté - quant au micro ondes, je suis surpris car je n' ai jamais eu de remarques. S ' il est tombé en panne pendant votre séjour, je le ferai réparer ou remplacer. Enfin, quant au style, moderne pour la salle de bains et rustique pour la cuisine, il y en a pour tous les goûts, L 'essentiel n' est il pas que l' équipement soit complet et que tout fonctionne bien? En résumé, je suis très attentif au confort de mes locataires et je suis heureux que votre séjour se soit bien passé. Vous êtes les bienvenus si vous souhaitez revenir. Cordialement. J. F. MELLOT

Rustige buurt. We hadden een klein kampeertafeltje mee. Dat paste op het terras waar we heel de dag zon onder het baldakijn hadden. Leuke mensen op de zaterdagse markt. En op goede (fiets) afstand van alles wat de omgeving aan cultuur te bieden heeft. Vergeet de Guinguette in Tours niet.

Jean-Francois est tres disponible et sa maison est tres propre. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Je recommande mon hôte d’un week-end. Dommage que le château de Luynes ne soit pas ouvert (pas indiqué dans l’annonce). Merci beaucoup.

Je réponds à votre appréciation. La salle de bains a été entièrement refaite il y a deux ans par une entreprise. Renseignements pris auprès de celle ci pour l' éclairage, il s' agit de spots IP 65 basse tension étanches, spécialement conçus pour les pièces humides. J' espère néanmoins que vous avez passé un bon séjour dans ma location.

Excellente location

Location idéale pour un agréable séjour dans une zone géographique proche de beaucoup d'attractions.la location possède tout ,pour satisfaire la grande majorité des vacanciers. Luynes est une cité tres agrable,avec une grande surface à quelques 800 m de la location. l'appartement vaste, très claire et agréable. Nous n'hésiterons pas à y revenir si nécessaire.
