Amazing Villa Wonderful Sea View Cannes Californie
Stay in a corner of paradise, with a wonderful view that sweeps from Cap d'Antibes to the Lerins Islands, surrounded by greenery and peace, as well as in the sun, thanks to the wonderful southern exposure of the whole Villa.
THE VILLA
This charming Provencal-style villa is in the famous Cannes Californie, within walking distance of some beaches with transparent water. The Villa also enjoys a beautiful swimming pool, surrounded by palm trees and other beautiful plants and shared with 4 other villas in the co-ownership, which are almost always uninhabited and therefore the use of the pool is virtually exclusive.
Distributed over two floors, the Villa is very bright and has large volumes.
The first floor features a large triple living room with dining room, a large fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with direct access to the garden, large wardrobe as well as ensuite bathroom with tub, shower and bidet, 1 bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, as well as a guest bathroom and a laundry room.
The triple lounge features a TV area (with UHD TV and Home Theater), a dining area and a reading area, with a high-quality sofa bed.
On the second floor you will find two beautiful bedrooms, one of which with a terrace with a wonderful sea view, as well as a large bathroom with tub, shower and bidet.
The rooms are very bright, look out onto the south-facing terrace / garden and enjoy a magnificent view of the sea, Cap d'Antibes and the islands of Lérins.
The furnishings are fresh and entirely renovated.
The terrace includes a large dining area with a fresh and modern table and chairs, and also has 4 chaise longue / sunbeds, comfortable umbrellas, swing seat, summer lounge, straw armchair and barbecue equipment.
The Villa accommodates up to 8 people and is ideal for business or leisure tourism.
A welcome kit is offered (water, soap, shampoo, etc.)

Annual stay - Cannes Lions Festival
Every year for the last 4 years we stay in this wonderful villa. The place is super well equipped with everything you need. The owner is great at communicating leading up to your stay. The housekeeper is very lovely and will be there when you arrive and can have some groceries pre-stocked upon request. There is no doubt that they will do their best to make your stay special.

Perfect Villa for a profession trip away
The Villa was an amazing find. Very well positioned. Super clean and well put together. It had a well equipped kitchen and a great pool a few steps away from the house (shared pool but didn't see anyone else there). We jetted to and from Antibes and Cannes each day and loved coming back to the villa for some peace and quiet. The host and her team were fabulous. Very communicative and helpful. Could not have been better. Thank you all.

Gorgeous, comfortable home in exquisite setting
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous and conveniently located villa in the Cannes area.
The property manager and her husband not only gave us a warm welcome upon our arrival but went out of their way to be helpful and very kind to us during our stay.
The villa itself is very beautiful, quite comfortable and well appointed and the views of the ocean are unparalleled.
We certainly hope to book this beautiful property again one day. Highly recommend!
