Wonderful stay, home away from home, comfy beds and well equipped kitchen. Hattie was a great host letting us know we could check in a little earlier so we could make full use of our first day. Loved my stay in Norfolk
Perfect place to explore North Norfolk with all the family. Hattie made us very welcome and the house was a rabbits warren of adventures. The green opposite and the pub next door made a fabulous base with a young family.
This was a gorgeous property- very quirky and a lovely view over the village green. We had great communication from Hattie and found loads to do locally. My only comment would be that our quite biddable 2 year old was very good about not going on the very steep spiral staircases without an adult but I think for a more adventurous toddler they could be quite treacherous. The older kids absolutely loved them!
This was a perfect place for our family to stay to celebrate my husband's 70th birthday. It is a lovely house in an idyllic, quintessentially English, peaceful village location. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen well equipped, table big enough for us to all sit round and lots to do nearby. Thoroughly enjoyed it and Hattie was a great host.

About the host
Hosted by Harriet Deards
Chesterfield House is our home from home. We spend a lot of time here as a family, enjoying this area of Norfolk and everything it has to offer. We are a family with young children and have extended family nearby in Norfolk and know the area very well. Please don't hesitate to ask for recommendations of places to visit and explore.
Why they chose this property
Chesterfield House is extremely cosy in the winter months, with the fires roaring and the atmospheric nature of this old property. It is equally lovely in the spring and summer, being able to sit outside the front and enjoy your morning coffee over looking the green. We hope that you enjoy it as much as we do!
