Our place is an ideal couples retreat and great location to explore Eastern Idaho and Western Wyoming during any season. Our own domestic critters include geese (the three stooges), ducks, peacocks, a few cats and "Jack" our Border Collie for a bit of entertainment.
Heading outside, views from the front decks face west to the Big Hole mountains for beautiful sunsets with milkshakes or cocktails in hand. Grand Targhee to the northeast, the winter ski, and summer mountain bike resort, can also be viewed from the decks. We are centrally located from the towns of Driggs (3 miles) and Victor (7 miles) for shopping and a plethora of dining experiences while Grand Targhee is a mere 9 miles away. Even though we are close to local features, we are set in a laid back rural area of the valley which offers peace and quiet for those days or evenings when you just want to wind down. Numerous bike trails, hiking, golfing, fishing or a nice float on the Teton River are minutes away for summer users. In the winter season, skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, and other winter sports are abundant. Extremely clean, cozy and private. Great location for visiting the Tetons and Jackson. The little town is only ( minutes away and there are restaurant options there or in Victor (about 5 minutes in the opposite direction. Also very quiet at night.
This property sits in a quiet corner, surrounded by trees and a small pond one side. It is a beautiful setting, so homey, and my daughter and I enjoyed it very much. Very clean, host was easy to reach and checked in with us to make sure we knew how to use the heater. A great getaway for two busy people, who enjoyed the down time here. Would definitely stay again!
The property is in a nice country setting and the possibility to enjoy relaxing on the patio. The kitchen is well stocked for making dinner or enjoying a nice breakfast. Nice bathroom!
Cool tiny home near Driggs. The location being on the west side of the GT's is going to be much lesst congested than the park side. Lots of places to explore like Teton and Darby Canyons. Driggs is just a few miles away with everything you would need from groceries to outfitters.
Great place. Driggs is a cool place and lots to do around the area not associated with Grand Teton National. Peacocks are cool. A bit noisy but so fun to see around the property!
This place was perfect for our trip. We did have to drive a bit to get to where we planned to do our activities, but with scenery like this, it was not an issue.
Location was close to Tetons. The cabin was clean and well stocked with things you would need for an extended stay. It was very comfortable. There were live peacocks wandering around…if you want to sleep in, this might not be the place for you as the peacocks were 5 am alarm clocks.
We LOVED staying here. Exceptionally clean, well equipped, not too far out, and in a quiet country setting. Relaxing, so much character. The peacocks were beautiful and a joy to watch. Would definitely recommend!
