Basic but lovely apartment located in a very quiet area only 500m from the beautiful beach of Llafranc.

Cosy living-room with tv, sofa-bed (70x180cm) and access to a nice terrace with pool and garden views.

Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freeze, oven, microwave, toast and washing machine, where you can enjoy nice meals while you are at home.

It has 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bathroom with shower.

Access to a calm and lovely community with communal garden and swimming-pool. Parking.

Second floor apartment without elevator.

Pets are not welcome in this community.



Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.

Logement très fonctionnel pour un couple et un bébé

Logement très fonctionnel pour un couple et un bébé. Résidence calme et bien entretenue. Seul bémol il n’y a pas de volets aux fenêtres et on entend ses voisins. Accès plage en 5 min mais la rue monte très fort donc prevoir d’y aller en voiture.

Verbesserungsfähig

(Außen-) Anlage und Aussicht hervorragend Leider mussten wir bei Einzug gleich lüften, da es sehr "muffig" roch (ebenso die Polster der zwei Sofas, unsere Kleidung hat sogar den Geruch angenommen, wenn sie länger darauf lag). Die Wohnung war aufgeräumt aber nicht sauber, insbesondere im Bad waren die Ecken nicht geputzt und die Duschkabine war schmutzig und verschimmelt. Aufgrund der Jahreszeit hatten wir nachts und morgens noch kältere Temperaturen, der elektrische Heizstrahler hat nicht funktioniert. In der Nacht haben wir gefroren, da die Agentur uns nur Laken zur Verfügung gestellt hat, die Tageswolldecken der Wohnung wollten wir nicht nutzen, weil an diesen Haare unterschiedlicher Haarfarben hingen... Die Endreinigung von über 50 Euro daher nicht gerechtfertigt. Insg. Preis-Leistungsentsprechend (ca. 30 Euro/Nacht)
