Cozy 60m2 apartment situated in Lloret del Mar around 300m from the main beach. This property is ideal for enjoying family holidays on the Costa Brava! On the fourth floor using the lift, it has a maximum capacity of 4 people. It forms part of a quiet development with a communal garden, pool and garage (extra price of 30€/week in case of use). You will find a living room with tv + one double sofa bed (130x180cm) with direct access to the terrace. It has a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 190cm) and 1 bathroom with shower. Optional AC/heating = 50 €/week. Youth groups not accepted. This property is only rented to families. Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed. Pets are allowed on request and with supplement.The apartment is in Lloret de Mar, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava!
