1CAN01 - Cozy apartment for 4 with terrace near the beach of Calella de Palafrugell

Cosy apartment located just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful and peaceful beach of Calella de Palafrugell, one of the most beautiful beaches on the Costa Brava! Close to all shops, restaurants and supermarkets.



Maximum capacity for 4 people.



Ideal for enjoying a peaceful family holiday on the Costa Brava!



It has a lovely terrace with a table to enjoy breakfasts in the sun with beautiful views of the mountain.



Cook with all utensils included: cutlery, frying pans, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, ceramic hob, oven and washing machine. Italian and filter coffee maker.



There are 2 rooms with 2 single beds each (90x180cm) and 1 bathroom with a shower.



Second floor without lift.



No bookings are accepted for young people under 35 years old.



Pets accepted only upon prior request and with additional cost.



- Bed linen and towels are not included. Cost 8 euros/person/bed linen and

8 euros/person/towels.



- WiFi not included. Cost 7 euros per day to be paid at destination



- Cot and high chair: 5 euros/day/cot, 5 euros/day/high chair

The check-in and check-out will be carried out in our Llafranc office located at C/xaloc 5. Llafranc



Tourist tax

The Vacation was very nice in Presesion. Parking is not inklude so you have to find parking place.

Good place to visit la costa brava

Good place to visit la costa brava. Near the old city of palafrugell. It would be nice to have basic things, such as washing up liquid, kitchen towels, etc. It would make it easier. I will also recommend the host to add a fan. A little bit annoying the key pick up and that they charged for every single towel and sheets. Overall a good experience! Lovely balcony in which we enjoyed breakfast and dinners. Location is the best part about this place!

Carolina a été très réactive à nos demandes. Nous recommandons ce logement !

Photos très flatteuses

Les photos donnent un aperçu très flatteur de l’appartement. Il est assez petit, très sommaire. Attention pas de place de parking ( ou plutôt une sur laquelle un arbre est planté…) ce qui peut vous obliger à tourner pendant très longtemps pour vous garer loin de la résidence. Résidence petite, mais très bruyante, on arrive depuis le 2ème étage à entendre le moindre déplacement de meuble ds les appartements du rdv! Sinon emplacement à proximité d’une plage, un peu excentré, mais on est rapidement au centre à pied. Bref à recommander pour le tarif si ln n’est pas trop exigeant sur l’appartement. Attention au ménage en rentrant, nous avons dû ré balayer, il y avait beaucoup de sable dans la chambre

Belle vue dégagée

Appartement très bien situé et au calme. Manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine tels qu’une cafetière électrique, quelques couverts en plus, des grands verres, un couteau économe et dans la salle de bain un séchoir à cheveux. Un deuxième jeu de clés serait aussi appréciable.
