House divided into 3 completely independent apartments with a shared swimming pool, just 1 km from the tranquil beach of Calella de Palafrugell, one of the most beautiful on the Costa Brava!

Maximum capacity for 6 people.



Ideal for enjoying a peaceful family holiday on the Costa Brava!



This apartment would be the one located on the first floor without a lift. It has a terrace where you can enjoy breakfasts and meals in the sun with views of the swimming pool, living-dining room with TV and direct access to the terrace. Kitchen with all utensils for cooking included, cutlery, frying pans, fridge, microwave, toaster, oven and washing machine. It has 1 bedroom with a double bed (135x190cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x180cm), 1 bedroom with bunk beds (80x180cm) and 1 renovated bathroom with shower.



Located in a very quiet area with a shared swimming pool (open from the month of May) for the 3 apartments.



No bookings are accepted for young people under 35 years old.



Pets accepted only upon prior request and with additional cost.

The check-in and check-out will be carried out in our Llafranc office located at C/xaloc 5. Llafranc



Tourist tax



Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adults) which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.

Lovely area and very nice apartment with a shared pool. Immediate access to the hiking / jogging side as well as walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Location very quiet and good place to stay.

Great little place to stay

Great little place to stay. A little too far to walk to beach, town and shops but fine if you have a car. All the local beaches are incredible and the whole area is beautiful. Inconvenient arrangement to have to collect the key 4kms away from apartment at agents office and then deliver it there at end of stay. Would be better to have a key lock at the property. However, the apartment was clean, comfortable and airy. We had a fantastic stay.

Appartement spacieux très agréable pour les vacances de printemps. Prévoir de gros pulls et pyjamas chauds car il n y a pas de radiateurs. Le quartier est très calme en cette saison et l emplacement parfait à proximité des GR du littoral et des belles criques ! On s est régalés !

Schöne Wohnung mit Potenzial, leider mit Abstriche

Wir haben uns für dieses Ferienwohnung entschieden, da sie einen Pool hat und großen Balkon. Wir hatten die Wohnung im 1. Obergeschoss. Die Schlüsselübergabe lief reibungslos. Die Mitarbeiter der Vermietung in Villafranc sind sogar etwas länger geblieben und haben auf unsere Ankunft gewartet. An der Wohnung angekommen erst einmal die erste Ernüchterung. Der Pool ist viel kleiner als es auf den Fotos aussieht und es gab keine Sonnenliegen ! Einige verwitterte Plastikstühle standen dort herum aber das war es auch schon . Der Pool war aber sauber und man konnte doch gut drin schwimmen und sich abkühlen. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und geräumig aber leider auch nicht so wie auf den Fotos angepriesen. Das Sofa war super unbequem, die Waschmaschine komplett verschimmelt ( die habe ich erst einmal gereinigt, dann ging es, aber trotzdem Inakzeptabel). Die Kaffeemaschine und der Toaster waren defekt, diese wurden uns aber sofort ersetzt. kochutensilien haben auch schon bessere Zeiten erlebt und sehen teilweise sehr abgenudelt aus. Messer haben wir beim Lidl selber gekauft da das einzige vorhandene sehr stumpf ist. Pluspunkte gibt es für die Küchenamaturen. Herd und Backofen scheinen neu zu sein. Vor allem die Induktionskochplatte ist super . Die Dusche ist unten a der Duschwand etwas undicht aber man weiß sich ja zu helfen. Die Betten sind ziemlich unbequem und quietschen bei jeder Bewegung. Das Haus ist zwar etwas altmodisch eingerichtet und veraltet aber wir haben das Beste draus gema
