Wonderful apartment located in the center of Blanes, at just one step from the beach, with beautiful seaview.The apartment is on a 1st floor with elevator and is completely renovated.Inside you can find a big living room (TV, fireplace) with direct access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the wonderful views of the sea. Ideal to take family breakfasts and dinners.The kitchen is semi-open to the living room (closed with glass) and is completly equipped (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob ...). In addition, there are 3 double bedrooms: one with two single beds, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed en suite (with dressing room and a bathroom with shower). There is also a bathroom with a shower.The apartment offers a maximum comfort, being central to all services and in a tbeautiful town like is Blanes.This property is only rented to families. Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.

Große Wohnung mit schönem Meerblick

Die Aussicht ist wirklich sehr schön. Große Küche. Gute Lage und fußläufig überall hin zu kommen. Klimaanlage wäre empfehlenswert, da es in heißen Sommertagen kaum einen Schlaf bei offenem Fenster bei der Lautstärke möglich ist. Die Matratzen und eine Duschbrause sollten auch mal ausgetauscht werden.

Appartement très bien placé, grand, propre, terrasse très agréable. les seuls contratriétées ont été qu'il n'y a pas de wifi malgré les indications de l'annonce et que la cafetière était inutilisable et non changée pendant le séjour.
