Spotlessly clean and extremely well-equipped for such a small property. Hosts were really friendly, welcoming and helpful, explaining the best route to where I needed to go. Bed was very comfortable and the property had its own heating system that could be controlled by the guest for their ideal temperature. Very well-insulated - property stayed warm all day while I was out with the heating turned to minimum. Only a short distance to filling station up or down the road it's on, plenty of shops nearby (around 1/2 mile). Convenient for many local tourist attractions such as Crich Tramway Village, Great British Car Journey, Ecclesborne Railway, Midland Railway Centre, etc. Less than a mile drive takes you into beautiful rolling countryside with footpaths to walk. Hope to return next year and do more.
Lovely and clean and had everything needed for our 4 day stay. The hosts were friendly and informative and easy to chat to. We are walkers and it's in a good area for exploring.
The only downside was the noise from the road (only heard because we had the windows open as it was warm ). But this was not a big problem. We would definitely stay there again!
