Het huisje staat op "de Stamerhoef". De Stamerhoef is gelegen op de Utrechtse Heuvelrug nabij Maarn. Er staan alleen privé huizen en het is daarom alle jaargetijden een rustige en fijne plek om te zijn. Voor wandelaars en fietsers is het een mooi startpunt voor een dagelijkse tocht.
