The property is situated in a fabulous and highly sought after location (1 minute walk) to the promenade/marina/beach at the seafront beside café’s and ice cream parlours. It is also within a short distance (2 minute walk) to the tennis courts, golf course and bowling green and a short stroll to the town centre offering a range of restaurants and shops.

Each of our apartments offers a luxury, contemporary and minimalistic experience and is finished to a supremely high standard and there is simply none other like it in the Ballycastle area.
Apartment layout overview: Each of the properties sleep four and offer a stylish, elegant and relaxing experience.
The apartment has two bedrooms, a living room that extends to the balcony and a kitchen area. The kitchen area is compact and functional and comes equipped with a range of mod cons. The bathroom and toilet areas are sleek and stylish, whilst the bedrooms are spacious and airy. The apartment has wooden flooring throughout styled in a brushed white and grey finish.
Bedrooms: There are two bedrooms. The main bedroom is spacious and has a double bed and large wardrobe with full size mirror. This space is also equipped with floating bedside tables, lamps and USB charge points. The 2nd bedroom also has a double bed with a chest of drawers and connecting wardrobe. This room also has a mirror and USB charge point.
Living room: The spacious living room area has a table and four chairs to accommodate breakfast/lunch/dinner. There is also a three person sofa and a stylish and comfortable velvet chair and foot stool. The living room area leads onto a south facing balcony. The living room blinds are remote controlled and there is a wide screen TV with a range of terrestrial channels available.
Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. There is a fridge/freezer/hob cooker and oven, washing machine/dryer, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is also a Nespresso machine.
Bathroom: The bathroom has a state of the art Quartz Blue walk in Smart Shower with high pressure water supply. There is also a wash hand basin and vanity unit. On the wall there is a bathroom heated towel rack.
WC: There is a separate toilet and hand wash basin.
Balcony: The south facing balcony gives you the opportunity to soak in and enjoy the afternoon and evening sunlight.
WiFi: There is excellent wifi facilities in the apartments with download speeds of approximately 49 Mbps with upload speed of up to 50 Mbps.
Bedlinen and towels: We provide bedlinen, towels, clothes rack and a hairdryer in order to make your stay with us seamless and stress free.
Household guide provided: For each apartment there is a household guide provided to help assist with any of the appliances, as well as a comprehensive list detailing a range of local eats and local attractions.
Location in the building: The apartment is situated on the second floor which is accessed by steps.
Private car parking: There is one free car parking space available whilst staying at the apartment, this is in a private gated community with access granted through a code given on arrival.
Other things to note: The Giants Causeway (the unofficial 8th wonder of the world) is a mere 18 miles away as well as the famous Royal Portrush Golf Club, which was home to the 2019 Open Championship and is set to make a triumphant return in 2025.

Excellent place with many options for meals to eat within walking distance and lots of attractions minutes away. Our family had a great time and would definitely stay again. A couple recommendations, provide a blow dryer and a spare blanket.

A very nicely kept apartment in a very convenient location. We would definitely stay again if in the area.
The only initial concerns we had were two. The neighbors have a dog that likes to bark and there is a pub (the "Harbour Bar") essentially behind the apartment. Both can be a little noisy if you have the windows open, however, both quieted down by a reasonable hour of the evening.
One tip for others staying is that the entrance to the apartment complex from the street is not obvious. We did an extra loop around the block as we could see from the map and photos we were in the right place but spotting where to turn in from the moving car was the problem. Access is gained via an alleyway that at first glance doesn't appear to go anywhere. You have look high up on the wall above to see the "Resident Parking Only" sign. It is, however, the only opening in the frontages between the Marine Hotel and the Spar store, which are the two easiest things to recognize when you're driving down the street. Turn in to the alleyway and wind your way back and you shortly come to the gates described in the arrival instructions.
Der Check-in erfolgte kontaktlos und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war sauber und super modern eingerichtet. Über den Smart TV konnten wir abends Netflix, Prime, Disney + usw. nutzen. Tagsüber ist die Wohnung der perfekte Ausgangspunkt um die wunderschöne Landschaft von Nordirland zu entdecken. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber per EMail war sehr gut.

The property is positioned in the centre of the old town, right beside the promenade/marina and seafront/beach, which boasts incredible scenery of the local bay, Fairhead as well as Scotland and Rathlin Island.
The property is also only a stone throw to the tennis courts, bowling green and golf course and a five minute walk to the town centre.
