About this property

'Park Cottage' is a 2 bedroomed recently renovated self catering holiday home only a short walk to Exmouth beach and the town and station.

This charming cottage overlooks Manor Gardens Park, and is just 200m from Exmouth’s glorious sandy beach. It was completely refurbished in the spring of 2021, and offers comfortable accommodation for up to 5 guests.
The town centre, beach, station and marina are all within a couple of minutes stroll, so there is no need for a car.
Park Cottage has a ground floor WC; bright living room with comfy sofas; spacious kitchen/diner with French windows out to the patio. The kitchen contains a microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer and full-sized oven with gas hob;
On the first floor there is a family bathroom with shower over the bath; a bedroom with bunks – a double underneath and a single over – this room has views over the park; the main bedroom has a double bed and views over the park.
There is a patio area at the front of the property containing outdoor furniture.

Cute house. Comfy beds. Close to the beach.

Good area for the beach and restaurants. Really well equipped kitchen. Good beds. No real garden but park opposite. No parking but we managed to easily fine a space just opposite the house very easily.
