Renovated and bright cottage with sauna located in quiet surroundings right next to National Park Thy and within walking distance to the roaring North Sea. The house is modern and invitingly decorated. The well-equipped kitchen on the ground floor has i.a. ceramic hobs. The kitchen is combined with the dining room. There is a large and bright bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and comfortable underfloor heating. From the bathroom there is direct access to the sauna, where you can be warmed up after a long walk in the area's beautiful nature or a swim in the North Sea. There is a large bedroom on the ground floor with good closet space and direct access to the house's terrace / solarium. The first floor of the house is furnished with a cozy living room, from which there is a beautiful view of the city and the area and the area's beautiful nature. There is comfortable furniture and a TV with international channels as well as free Wi-Fi. There is a wood burning stove to spread coziness and warmth on a cool summer evening or an autumn evening with rain and debris. The large terrace area has good garden furniture and two sun loungers. Free access to water park. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
