Idyllic holiday home with a unique location in a popular holiday home area close to Løkken town and beach. The house is very welcoming and decorated in a cozy, Nordic style. There is a spacious bathroom, bedroom and open, well-functioning kitchen / living room with good wood stove and heat pump and a Smart TV for the cozy evenings if the weather is bad. From the living room of the house there is access to an enclosed patio with a heated annex. In front of the house is a cozy, covered terrace with heat lamp, where you can gather for a barbecue dinner or enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee while the sun goes down over the sparkling North Sea. There is an outdoor shower, which is completely secluded, and its own path to the water. From the bench by the house there is a sea view and a beautiful view of Løkken town. Sandbox for the kids. The house is located down in a dune only approx. 25 m from the beautiful sandy beach and still close to the center of Løkken, which is known for the characteristic white beach houses and the large pier. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
