We had a lovely stay at Villa Marrachinho! This was our first visit to Albufeira and the villa was in a wonderful, quiet part which made our introduction to the area very appealing! The villa itself was clean, well decorated and had all the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The outside areas were fabulous and the view from the roof terrace made our evenings amazing! Our communication with Monica was great and she was always ready to answer questions and check in with us when needed.

Much needed break!

The villa was in a good location, within walking distance to the marina, although this would depend on your fitness as it’s situated at the top of a hill. What the positioning of the villa does benefit from is the excellent views from the terrace / pool area over the marina and the sea. We found the villa to be clean, and was maintained regularly by the polite housekeeping staff. Thoroughly enjoyed the break and would definitely go again

Great Vacation Villa Rental

The property is just as described and shown in the pictures. Weekly villa cleaning and regular pool maintenance was provided. The grounds and gardens surrounding the villa are beautiful. We never tired of the view, whether from the pool deck or the rooftop sundeck. The backyard is also peaceful, with seating and dining options in shade or sun.Location is just outside the main area of Albufeira, making for a quiet and peaceful stay. If you are avid walkers, you can reach the Old Town and marina fairly quickly. If not, everything, including beaches, great restaurants and main highways, is just a short drive away.Our hostess, Monica, was always available on WhatsApp and was prompt in replying.Portugal is a wonderful country to visit and a stay in the Algarve is special.

Great holiday at Villa Marrachinho

We spent a fantastic week at the villa, which provides privacy, a pool and a sun terrace with some great views as well as being close to the beach and town. As stated on other reviews, the old town and beach are a walkable distance, although there is a gradient and a fairly narrow road to walk along. We had a car, so we mixed driving down for the beach in the day (there are free car parks at the top of the town) with a couple of walks in there and back in the evening. With our 2 teenage girls, this was a great mix of the buzz of the town, time on the beach and the quiet and privacy of the villa and pool. We also took an enjoyable trip dolphin watching from the marina. The villa was spotless, and cleaned during our stay. We appreciated the outdoor spaces for eating, swimming and relaxing as well as the well-maintained villa. Communication with Monica was excellent and we had a fantastic time. Thoroughly recommended.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour. La vue est exceptionnelle et la maison est très bien équipée. La piscine très agréable. Si je peux me permettre une suggestion une climatisation rendrait le séjour plus confortable lors de grosse chaleur.
