8 person holiday home in Sydals

In this cottage from the spring of 2021, you will have plenty of space to frolic. The house is also located high in one of the east coast's most beautiful holiday home areas by Mommark and has a completely unique view of the Little Belt and e.g. the island of Ærø. The beautiful, architect-designed cottage is furnished with a sloping ceiling. Towards the water there are large windows, which make the house very bright. From the large kitchen / living room and the living room you have a panoramic view of the water, which can be enjoyed both during cooking or relaxing moments on the sofa. In the kitchen island there is a separate wine refrigerator installed as well as furnishing and the cosiness of the house is something very special. In the separate activity room you can have many hours to go in a good and fun way with both billiards and table football, just as there is also a Nintendo Wii for your enjoyment. After an active day, you can relax in the hot tub. There are four spacious bedrooms as well as a loft, so the distribution of the rooms becomes a breeze. The house is almost surrounded by terraces, from where you can enjoy the outdoors with e.g. barbecue and play. The house also has two covered terrace areas and in addition 60 m2 open terrace areas and the architect has designed the house so that you do not go down on views and lovely places for outdoor life and relaxation from morning to evening. Within 100-150 meters you will find a large playground area and e.g. ball fields. Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
