With a secluded location, you live here next door to nature in the Sörmland forests, which offer a tranquility beyond the ordinary! A soothing environment with access to a boat by the lake only a few hundred meters away with good fishing and swimming. The accommodation is located on a farm in Mellösa, Flen, where you have an extra love for animals and the environment, if you are lucky you can visit the farm's sheep that graze in the pastures. Wake up to the birds' song, explore the idyllic woodlands that offer plenty of mushrooms and berries in late summer. Also take the opportunity to hike or take a jogging trip on the Sörmlandsleden. For cyclists, there are quiet and nice roads to explore. Then end the day with a good piece of food on the terrace and see the beautiful view where one or two game can occur. Here are the best conditions for a fantastic holiday! This accommodation is divided into two cottages with a cottage of 30 sqm where there is a kitchen, living room with sofa bed, Apple-TV and dining table and comfortable bedroom with two beds. Nice wooden deck partly under roof with seating, sun loungers and barbecue. Here you can spend long and wonderful moments with its soothing view. Via the kitchen you reach the wood-paneled hallway that leads to the shower and annex of 15 sqm. Here you shower outside with hot water, think what a wonderful feeling to enjoy a hot shower outdoors! Nice annex with two single beds and sofa. At the end you reach the toilet with a sink. The house runs on solar energy. Take the opportunity to discover this fantastic environment on foot or by car as there are several strawberry places around. Do not miss the locally produced ice cream at Grinda Gårdsglass, enjoy Bruket's good food in Hälleforsnäs, have a coffee at the cozy Ekenäs mill café which is located right by a small river, or why not take the children to the famous Sagostigen outside Malmköping. If you want to go to Stockholm, it only takes 1 hour by train from Flen. Good to know: Boat is included (2 rowing boats and one canoe). Fishing license required, purchased from owner on site. The cottage stands on a property of several hectares which is managed by the owner but also two other cottages which are rented out. All households have separate patios. The boats included in the rental are shared with guests in the other two cabins. Sheep, chickens and cats also live on the farm. Ask the owners if you can meet the lovely sheep who love to be petted. Chickens can be found near the accommodation. Common charging station for the car is available to pay for on site. The other two cabins the owner rents out is number: 7391 and 7398.
