This cozy apartment in Cala de Mijas is perfect for couples who want to enjoy the sea and tranquility of the Costa del Sol. Located on the beachfront, the accommodation offers stunning sea views from its 60 m² solarium terrace, equipped with sun loungers, umbrella and garden furniture so you can relax and have lunch while contemplating the coastline. Additionally, the community has direct access to the coastal promenade and the beach, ideal for walks, running or cycling along kilometers of coast until La Cala de Mijas or the Cabopino marina.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, juicer and all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals or breakfasts. A few minutes' walk away you will find a commercial area to restock ingredients or enjoy nearby restaurants such as Max Beach.
The venue has two private, unnumbered parking areas, whose availability may be limited during high season, although public parking options exist in the vicinity. The location is strategic for quickly travelling to key destinations in the province of Málaga, such as Marbella, Estepona or Málaga capital, all less than 40 minutes by car.
Within the urbanisation, you will be able to use the spacious common areas that include tennis court, padel court and gardens. The plot is fenced, which provides security and privacy during your stay. You will also have a lift, barbecue and garden furniture to complement your holiday experience.
