This private upper corner unit boasts new hardwood and stone floors, cherry wood cabinets, granite counters, ceiling fans and recessed lighting! Private patio deck! There is a parking space, a common storage area for bikes and beach toys. There are many local restaurants within walking distance.
The property is fully furnished. Only one assigned outdoor parking space is available onsite. Plenty street parking spaces available.
A bus stop is 30 yards away.
Note that a TV is provided but there is no cable TV service. HDMI cable is provided so that you can connect your own device to the TV.
