Our perfect vacation!!

This stay was a wonderful time!! The place is really like heaven, and a perfect time-out for body and soul. Located on a hill, we were welcomed by a stunning view, which is priceless itself. When our host welcomed us, we knew we did everything right, booking this place. Amineh you are so lovely! Thank you for creating this beautiful place on earth. The whole place is made with so much effort and passion for the details. This place is not comparable to other domiciles in Tuscany, this is a higher standard! No matter where you look, everything is in lovely perfect condition, thanks to Amineh and her staff. It was a pleasure to meet you, Amineh. So much thanks to you, Chiara, and of course Giacomo. We will definately come back!

Bellissima esperienza in una tenuta d'eccellenza. Gentilezza, cortesia, competenza e bellezza

Innanzi tutto la bellezza del luogo posto alla sommità di un colle circondato da vigneti, olivi e bosco, il tutti di fronte al mare che dista 10 minuti di auto. La proprietà è stata ricavata da un complesso di casali del 1740 ad uso agricolo in pietra e mattoni tipici della Toscana. Gli appartamenti sono belli, oggetto di una ristrutturazione conservativa ma intelligente come per tutte le strutture che compongono la proprietà. La planimetria degli alloggi è funzionale e sono ben arredato ed attrezzati. Biancheria da letto e da bagno sono forniti dalla proprietà così come i teli da bagno per la piscina. Bello il campo da tennis regolamentare cui accanto sono stati posti 2 BBQ in muratura a disposizione dei clienti oltre ad una piccola struttura di gioco per i più piccoli. Bellissima la piscina con vista sulla Val di Cecina e sul mare a cui si accede da un piazzale, un tempo sede della battitura del foraggio di cui conserva la bellissima pavimentazione in cotto, dove è stata posta una grande tensostruttura che ombreggia una serie di comodi arredi da Giardino e quella che ho battezzato "La casina del caffè" dove è possibile fare una sosta sorseggiando caffè offerto dalla casa. I parcheggi sono comodi perché dislocati in prossimità degli alloggi restando allo stesso tempo nascosti. Inoltre la proprietà comprende la omonima e pluripremiata tenuta vinicola (premi internazionali di assoluto prestigio quali l'americano Decanter) dove è possibile assaggiare ed acquistare i vini prodotti. La proprietà è inoltre strategica per visite turistiche poiché in meno di 1h si possono raggiungere Pisa, Volterra, Populonia ed altre importanti mete turistiche. Una menzione particolare e affettuosa va alla gentilissima proprietaria, Madame Pakravan, ed alla figlia Chiara che si sono mostrate gentilissime ed attente ad ogni esigenza seppur con nobile discrezione oltre ad essere gran donne di cultura internazionale: questo è un "valore aggiunto" inestimabile. Nota: Al vostro arrivo nell'alloggii troverete una serie di prodotti alimentari (caffè, latte, pane, zucchero, olio, sale, prosciutto, formaggio) che vi permetteranno di sopravvivere senza aver avere l'affanno di correre a far la spesa: un iniziativa apprezzabile ed intelligente. Insomma un angolo di paradiso gestito con classe il cui abbandono a fine soggiorno si fa, ahimè, doloroso. "E il naufragar mè dolce in questo mare" è la frase che più si confà agli ospiti del Pakravan Papi. Arrivederci

Grandiose Alleinlage oberhalb des Trubels von Cecina

Mein Sohn und ich verbrachten 12 wunderschöne Tage im Appartement Gorgona. Appartement war sehr gut eingerichtet, gepflegt, sauber und groß genug für 2-3 Personen. Die 2 Ferienhäuser tronen stolz über den Weinbergen und dem darunter liegenden Wald. Die gesamte Anlage mit attraktiven Weinanbau und Weinverarbeitung macht einen gediegenen Eindruck. Super Pool mit Blick aufs Meer kann man zu allen Tageszeiten genießen, selbst abends beim Sonnenuntergang. Überdachter Freisitz, Tennisplatz, Außengrill, Waschmaschinenhaus runden das ganze ab. Vermieterin Chiara und ihre Mutter sowie Giacomo sind freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. WLAN und die 2 deutschen Fernsehsender waren leider nicht immer stabil; Lage, Ausstattung und schönes Wetter waren perfekt! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Heaven on earth... Nothing less than that.

Absolutely amazing place. Peaceful traditional Tuscan Azienda with a breathtaking view overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea. Pakravan-Papi also produces some amazing wines which are worth keeping an eye on. This is a place you do not want to leave first you are there.

Kjempefin plass i Toscana

Vi hadde det kjempefint i Toscana, på denne plassen. Rolig og fint, men og mulighet for aktivitet i både badebasseng og tennisbane. Romslige leiligheter, med eige kjøkken. Var reint og nesten heilt nytt. Fekk god kundeservice. Vil absolutt anbefale denne plassen til andre. Greit å ha bil i området, for det er vanskeleg med kollektivt. Var ein restaurant i nærleiken, men kunne godt ha vore fleire i gang/sykkelavstand, og gjerne med litt høgare standard.
