Beautiful and cosy

We felt really at home in Asier appartment, he and his mum are very kind and easy going. The appartment is beautiful, well equiped, confy beds, and with a relax view on the river. The building is on an island, which is an urban area in transition, with good vibes. Near by, there is the 'espacio open', which is a cultural center with a good resto and a super vintage shop. Easy to park near by, free parking. I highly recommend ! Thank you Asier :)

Spacious Condo

Very clean, well-equipped (except no hand soap in the bathroom), and spacious condo. Great for two couples since bedrooms are private at opposite ends of the condo. Driving up, the area is under construction so not pretty, but not noisy. Street looks a bit "shady" but owner ensured us it was safe. We felt safe after seeing all the people using the rental bikes outside our window. We were stressed about being asked to provide copies of our photo ID and to sign a document that is in Spanish. Being Canadian we don't share private info. I wished we'd know this before we arrived and dealt with it from home. "Free Street Parking" means just that. You keep your fingers crossed that there is a space available. Driving in to town for supplies and dinner creates another parking problem so we took an Uber (who dropped us off 5 minutes from our actual location...which turned out to be closed.) There is a bus stop right outside the condo if you're comfortable taking that. Condo is like in the pictures and the windows open for a lovely breeze. That with the ceiling fan made it very comfortable for sleeping.

Great affordable apartment.

Beautiful apartment, we loved it. We recommend it if you have a car, free parking and is probably necessary because the apartment is on the island and there is nothing there, you will need to go out all the time.

Perfect stay

It was a very beautiful apartment. The photos online are exactly what you can expect. There is a bus station right in front of the apartment, which is very useful, if you need to go to the city. The owner is always available and gives his best to answer in a short amount of time. All in all it was a perfect stay.

Clean and quiet. Great view of the river.

The apartment was as lusted. It was very clean and orderly. It was comfortably decorated and tasteful. The bedding was comfortable, but better pillows would be preferable. The kitchen was well stocked with emplacements. Since the apartment was not very close to any stores, a small supply of coffee would have been nice. Some other items…a bottle of wine, a few beers, orange juice, milk crackers…would have made the stay even more pleasant. Both bathroom. lacked bath soap. Dispensers for liquid soup/shampoo in the shower would be a green and appreciated addition. I travel a lot. It’s the small things that make a place memorable.
