About this property

48m² apartment with 2 rooms and terrace

The 68m² Feldberg holiday apartment was renovated at the end of 2022 and equipped with new furniture. She has

two bedrooms, each with its own adjoining bathroom with shower/toilet
a combined living and dining room
fully equipped kitchen
and a large terrace

The second bedroom can be separated by a connecting door, making the apartment not only suitable for families but also for couples who are friends.

The cozy apartment is on the 1st floor. Since our house was built into the rock, this is the 3rd level, which is accessed via the stairwell.

In the evening, enjoy the peace and quiet on the terrace, behind which there are meadows and forests.
If the weather is good, you can grill on the fire bowl provided.

In the house you will find a sauna and massage (for a fee) as well as a room with drinks, some food and information material, books for rental and games.

Take a break with us in the beautiful, relaxing Black Forest. Enjoy the good healing climate with the fresh air and the peace.

The climatic health resort Schönwald, with its location at an altitude of 1000 meters, is an ideal starting point for numerous activities in nature for people of all ages.

From here you can start your hikes or bike tours on the very well signposted trails.
In winter you can go cross-country skiing or skating on one of the many trails in the immediate vicinity of our house. Or you can explore the nature with snowshoes. Directly across from our apartment house is the Dobel ski lift with ski school and rental. Schönwald is considered in the region as one of the snow-safe places.

In addition, you can expect a wide range of leisure activities in Schönwald and the surrounding area: such as the Triberg Waterfalls, the German Clock Museum, Galaxy Slide Paradise and much more.

Two small supermarkets, butcher's store, bakery, beverage store, greengrocer's store and farms with direct marketing are within walking distance. And if you don't want to cook yourself, you can choose from a variety of restaurants.

Unsere Ferienwohnung war nicht überragend. Die Natur war schön wie immer

Unsere Ferienwohnung war leider nicht sehr angenehm. Wir waren eine Familie mit 2 erwachsenen Kindern. Die Wohnung hatte zwei Duschbäder. Einer davon war soweit Okay und die zweite zu eng mit einem defekten Wasserhahn. Es kam nur ein kleiner Wasserstrahl raus. Die Möblierung war alt und trostlos. Im Wohnzimmer gabs noch nicht Mal eine Standleuchte. Leider musste immer die Deckenleuchte benutzt werden. In der Küche gabs kein Backofen. Nur eine Microwelle. Wir haben uns ein Mal ausgeschlossen, weil wir als 4 Erwachsene nur einen App. Schlüssel hatten. Wenn jemand raus ging, dann musste diese den Schlüssel immer mitnehmen. Unser Wohnungstür hatte nur einen einfachen Türgriff, sodass diese immer von Innen abgeschlossen werden musste. Zum Glück waren wir diesmal nur vom Karfreitag bis Ostermontag im schönen Schwarzwald. Wir aus der Hauptstadt Berlin

We took over the former Hotel Julia in 2021 and are now running it as an apartment house, where both long-term tenants and holiday guests are very welcome.

We are an apartment house without a reception! The keys are handed over by code with a key box. Of course, our guests can always reach us by phone. We live in the apartment house ourselves.

Please note that our house is built into the rock. The apartments are in the upper part of the house on the 3rd and 4th levels.

You can book our rock grotto sauna exclusively for a fee after a nice hike or after skiing.
Or relax with a Reiki or Shiatsu treatment.

As described above, the holiday apartments are all lovingly and well equipped and will be renovated by the end of 2022. It is important to us that our guests feel completely comfortable, leave the stress of everyday life behind and let your soul dangle here in the beautiful nature of the Black Forest.
