Ideally located in the heart of the Charentes-Maritime's countryside, in a small village halfway between La Rochelle and the Marais Poitevins, the house offers 2 bedrooms and a brand new bathroom upstairs, as well as an open kitchen and a living room downstairs. A section of the green property is reserved for you, in which you'll enjoy the jaccuzzi and nice bbqs for the summer evenings.
