This is a newly renovated cottage, with a fully enclosed garden and a large amazing hot tub in a purpose built cabin with shower enclosure. The house has a lovely south facing conservatory, two king size bedrooms, one small single bedroom, a separate dining area, cosy lounge, fully equipped galley kitchen, utility, and downstairs cloakroom. The house is situated behind the local pub which serves real ales and lovely food. The cottage is a few minutes drive to Withernsea, and Holptom beach, and close to Spurn Point.

Hi This isn't a criticism we had an excellent stay But.....we had elderly parents with us and think it's worth mentioning that the stairs are steep and there's no hand rail That said we would recommend your property
