Do not rent this property - this is the worst place we have stayed in
The property is not as advertised and appeared it was in a stage of partial renovation. It was dirty on our arrival and of a generally poor standard - I doubt it had been cleaned - the bathroom was particularly unclean with scum across the base of the shower and around the wall. The rooms are small and the beds have to be jammed up against the wall so as to access the room and you have to climb over the bed to access one side! There was a bedside table with a lamp however no plug to connect to-same for the TV. The rooms were not at all spacious as advertised on the STAYZ website. The kitchen was under resourced - no plug for the basin / no T-towel /no sharp knife / only 2 cooking points were working on the hotplate / the dishwasher was rusty inside. There was no dustpan and brush / broom. There was a problem with the bathroom in that there was a backflow of water in the shower which spilt over onto th floor and caused flooding to the flat below - even though notified the owner failed to attend until 5 days after our arrival to repair it. We were mucked around with the key collection and only provided with one key - there was no keysafe outside which caused problems with access if we were out and about separately. There was no information pack explaining use of equipment / what to do in an emergency / general helpful information. There are many other issues with this property that I will formally notify to STAYZ
