Casa Doria is located just a minute from the museum dedicated to the internationally renowned sardinian artist Albino Manca and from the main Church in Tertenia. This house, set up in three different levels as per island tradition, is surrounded by the ancient houses built in the late 1800.

This marvellous house is situated in the village center, a few minutes by walk from the main services the village can offer: cafes, grocery stores, bank with ATM, fresh bread from the bakery, butcher, tobacco store, post office etc..

The property has a modern fully equipped kitchen and tiled bathroom with shower on the first floor, master bedroom with private balcony and bathroom on the second floor, an additional double bedroom with bathroom and a very bright terrace overlooking the mountains and city landscapes.

Beach toys for the youngest, beach umbrellas and chairs will be at your full disposal for free, if needed.

Its strategic position will easily allow you to reach various coastal towns and their beaches, including Marina di Tertenia, Cardedu, Barisardo and Tortolì, each one unique in their inimitable historical and geographic features.
