The Smithy, all on the ground floor, boasts a newly fitted kitchen where you can cook up a delicious meal for you and your family after your day either sat by the River or a day exploring this beautiful corner of Scotland. Snuggle up in front of the open fire in the sitting room enjoying your favourite tipple reminiscing on your days activities. As well as fishing the location is perfect for walkers and cyclists as it is surrounded by miles of quiet country lanes as well as being close to Kirroughtree and the renowned 7stanes mountain bike trails.
