I would not recommend this and would not stay in this again. Ants were crawling all over the kitcehen floor when I arrived with 2 ant traps nearby, sewer smell in both bathrooms, horrible smell under sink in kitcen behind pipes, yellow water from faucets coming out of both bathroom fauces, heater not working in main bathroom, heater repeatedly turning off in 2nd bedroom I would have to take off the panel for electrical in the hallway and turn all of the power off, wait 1 minute and turn it back on; this happened at least 6 times while I was there. Only 1 plug near kitchen counter, so ,if you wanted to use the toaster, you had to unplug the coffee pot, etc.. tiny kitchen counter. Floor in entry was warping and small pieces were missing. Faucet feel off in kitchen and I had to screw it back on. Couldn't reach the dishes when I came, and the Host told me to climb up on a chair and move them all! I told him no.. don't want to fall or break the dishes. Nonstick skillets dirty and very scratched. Oven seal not tight and oven pan dirty. Dirty grout in bathrooms. Kitchen faucet blew off while i was using it and water everywhere. Bed in main bedroom was broken and side board was on the floor at head of bed.

Hello Katherine, Here we go again with you. From your very first reservation with us, you have shown a constant pattern of complaints, many of them minor, exaggerated, or raised in a way that suggested a continuous search for attention rather than genuine resolution. Despite this, we repeatedly went out of our way to accommodate you. On Christmas Day, based on your insistence and the urgency you created around minor issues that could have been reported earlier, we personally went to the apartment to bring additional items and address your concerns. This was done in good faith, sacrificing our personal time on a holiday to assist you. Instead of appreciation or basic respect, your response afterward was dismissive and mocking, which we find completely unacceptable. While no accommodation is perfect, every issue you reported was addressed immediately and responsibly. What we will not accept is being treated with sarcasm or disrespect after making extraordinary efforts to assist a guest. For this reason, we consider this matter closed and confirm that we will not host you again in any of our apartments.
