Good stay - convenient walk to city center
Good stay overall - close to city center, several forms of transportation, Tesco/Boots, and restaurants. We were able to easily walk to many attractions, and take public transport for a day trip to Loch Lomond.
Kitchen and living room were lovely to hang out in - we enjoyed the high ceilings and big windows. The bathrooms inside the bedrooms did not have a door separating the bathroom from the bedroom.
Our stay would have been better if the flat was cleaner, and aired out a bit. There was a musty smell, especially in the basement.
Its a lovely flat and well enough equipped. Great location for city and bery clean. Rooms are on two floors, ground and basement. One en suite room on ground level, so person staying in room without has to go dowstairs in middle of night if needed. Stripped beds to be helpful and some matresses not so clever. Biggest issue we had was upstairs neighbour did housework all night. Heard washing go on, hoovering etc and eventually had to try sleep in livingroom. Parking outside is not free, they offer refund on multi story about 12 minutes walk away but you have to faff and get a card first in advance and collect it in person. All in all, it was ok, but at nearly 450 a night, we expected much more and not asked to take the bins out. Even a pint of milk would have been nice.

Hi, Lesley thank you for your feedback we're glad you enjoyed your stay and we're sorry about the neighbours doing their cleaning this is the first report we've had of this.
Unfortunately, the flat is in the city centre so parking is not ideal, the multi-storey is only a two-minute walk away I'm hoping you managed to find the right one! The card in advance reduces the price enormously which is why we send out the information when you make your booking. We usually provide a welcome pack which does include milk so I'm a little confused if you didn't receive any but I will follow this up with our lovely cleaner Yvonne. We do ask all of our guests to take the kitchen bin outside, the cleaners have had issues with food waste and smell when entering the flat in the past. This small but helpful gesture just ensures the flat is lovely and fresh for the next guests arriving.
We hope to host you again in the future and we hope you had a safe journey home. All the best,
Claire Anthony Homes
