Wonderful place

This place was great. First floor, big bathroom, spacious living area. The communication with the host was great. And they have a washer and dryer which I didn't realize and came in handy!

Fully Equipped and Stylish Flat in Munich

With one caveat I’ll mention later, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this flat. It had a “best of everything” feel to it, high style and quality throughout, and really appreciated the washer/dryer (we’d been living out of suitcases for some time before our arrival). The neighbourhood was very nice, close to transit and with cafes and restaurants nearby, but it did not seem hectic. Our caveat relates to noise, and specifically the train trestle a stones throw away from the flat. Trains of all different descriptions - freight, passenger, and high speed - traveled over the trestle day and night. The windows were high-quality and insulated the noise quite well, BUT it was warm when we were there, and, as the flat does not have air-conditioning, we had no choice, but to leave the windows open while we slept. I would recommend foam earplugs if you plan on staying anytime except during colder weather.

Beautiful apartment in great neighborhood

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is modern and very well decorated. Near bakeries, restaurants, and a grocery store. The spare bed was comfortable and the apartment had many amenities. Recommend!

Extraordinary and exclusive furnished 2-room apartment in a former beauty location.
Brand new designed 2022 by an interior designer.

Open sunny living room with kitchen ( fridge, dish washer, glass-ceramic cook-top, oven, microwave ) and separate comfy dining place with high chairs.
The bedroom has a king size bed and a large sideboard with lots of space, wall hanging rack, wash basin and mirror.

There is parquet flooring in the bedroom, living - dining area and bathroom have a modern Matrix-floor, allover with floor heating.

The bathroom have premium equipment including a modern glass shower.
Own washdryer is available in the kitchen area.

The historical building has interior ceiling heights up to 340 cm.
The access to the apartment is from the street level and independent, only 2 steps up.

Parking on the street is according to Munich park management only possible with park tickets from the machine close by.
No spot guaranteed ! Price for park tickets variable and not included in the rental price. Extra charge !

Shopping facilities (bakeries, supermarket, pharmacy) as well as public transport close by.
