Résidence L'Espinet enjoys a beautiful and peaceful location in an expansive green space. It is found on the outskirts of the charming town of Quillan. A total of 150 homes are scattered on the gently sloping, open terrain. This deluxe and comfortable holiday home on the ground floor is fully detached and accommodates seven people. From the partially covered terrace, accessible through the large patio doors, you have a view of the Pyrenees. The living room features cosy seating with a sofa and a flat screen TV. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and other amenities. The house has three bedrooms. Two of them have two single beds and one has three single beds. In addition, there is a bathroom with a bath and shower and a separate toilet and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. For extra comfort, the house is equipped with air conditioning or floor cooling. There is also a reliable internet connection (fibre optic). Your car can be parked in the general parking lot of the residence. In Résidence L'Espinet, various detached holiday homes for two to eight people are available for booking.
