The villa is located in a very residential area and Provencal in style with interiors that have been very tastefully decorated. There are 3 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds perfect for children and families. There are 3 lovely bathrooms, an open plan lounge, and a dining room with a TV room/family room for guests to enjoy. There is a separate kitchen and utility room - leading onto the garden and BBQ area. Externally there is a lovley garden, terraces and private swimming pool.

It's close proximity to Cannes means you can enjoy the restaurants, shops and nightlife - not to mention all the lovely beaches is a real bonus. The villa has 3 double bedrooms and the 4th bedroom with 2 bunk beds - sleeping 4 - ideal for children and teens. There are 2 lounges - ideal for guests to have their own space if needed.
