Outside there is off-road parking and a garden with patio, lawn, outdoor furniture, barbecue and incredible views of the Kentmere fells. In the garden at the end of the lawn there are solar lights to mark the limit of access - there is a small drop beyond the lights. There is a metal ladder in one of the bedrooms, there is no access up this ladder, please make children aware.
