The Price includes:
- Utilities: water, gas for cooking purposes, electricity

- Zer0Dep Guarantee = You do not pay the security deposit on balance or on arrival and you have EuropAssistance coverage in case of accidental damage to the property during your stay (up to the maximum of € 1,500.00 and with the limitations provided).

- Mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals (€ 50,00/week/animal).Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorized by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.
- Tourism tax (€ 1,50 per day per person for the first 6 days of stay. Please note that children under 12 years old will not pay).
Villa Olimpia is a completely independent modern structure located on the promontory of Scopello with an extraordinary view over the Gulf of Castellammare. The property follows the natural course of the terrain which extends over 3 terraces. On the first and bottom terrace is the pool area, on the central terrace is the villa and on the top terrace is an additional area with flower beds. Villa Olimpia has a large pergola equipped for easily organizing outdoor meals.

Interior:
Villa Olimpia is on two levels, each of 60 square metres. On the ground floor is a large welcoming living room with windows overlooking the sea that confer a spacious airy atmosphere on it. This room then leads to a fully-equipped kitchen with peninsula, an anteroom with laundry and bathroom with shower. The floor is completed by a double bedroom that is slightly raised with respect to the level of the living room. A staircase decorated in majolica leads to a second double bedroom, with a terrace and a mezzanine with desk, and to a bathroom with shower and tub. The floor is completed by a third quadruple bedroom with double bed, bunk bed and dressing room. The quadruple room has direct access to a further large terrace.
Air conditioning in the open space and in the sleeping area corridor.
Park:
Here there is certainly no shortage of open spaces to enjoy, in fact the garden revolves naturally and rhythmically around the villa, connecting with the surrounding landscape by using plants of the Mediterranean scrub typical of the area. Completely fenced, the 1000 sq m garden extends over several terraces. Each outdoor area has been meticulously designed to fully enjoy every day, taking into account the position of the sun. A large veranda, with a breathtaking view over the sea and from where you can admire beautiful sunsets, is equipped with an outdoor kitchen complete with barbecue, wood oven and a large table. The park is completed by an internal 3-car parking area. On the lowest terrace of the property, in a fenced area, is the owners' docile dog that will not disturb the peace of the guests.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October, the pool is located on a lower level with respect to the villa and is reached via a flight of steps in natural stone. Irregularly-shaped and measuring about 65 sq m with a constant depth of 1,40 m, it is lined in PVC and has internal lighting, salt purification, a pretty waterfall and Roman steps for access to the water. The edge of the pool is non-slip and it is surrounded by paving in stone, mosaic and resin. The sunbathing area is equipped with sunbeds and completed by an outdoor hot and cold-water shower and a mini bar.
Pets: yes (one animal small size), € 50,00 per animal per week or part of week.
