Water and beach views from every room in the house! Upstairs party lounge with full bar, pool table, and darts! Walk to the beach and use the fire pit, and enjoy a sunset on the Gulf of Mexico!

On the ground floor there is a 3,000 square foot covered pad for avoiding the occasional shower while still enjoying the outdoors.
