Villa Pontus - stunning views & privacy in beautiful garden with pool & hot tub

Enjoy the stunning views of the Mediterranean and the foothills of the Troodos mountains from our 2-story, 3-bedroom villa in Secret Valley. Comfortably sleeps six. Enjoy the sun loungers by the pool, enjoy a book or the company of others in the privacy of our large and mature garden with multiple sitting groups, or gather up on the balcony for a cocktail as the sun goes down.

Inside, the open-plan living room, dining room, and kitchen is ideally set up for socializing both during the day and in the evening. The kitchen is newly renovated, with warm wooden tones, granite countertops, and brand-new appliances, including a dishwasher and washing machine. On the second floor, you have three nicely decorated bedrooms with comfortable beds – two with double beds and one with two twin beds.

Beaches, golf, and charming village taverns nearby. In cooler months, soak in the hot tub and enjoy the wood fireplace and electric heating. Swimming pool heating is available for an additional fee.

Air conditioning/heating units with timers in each bedroom. Wood fireplace in living room in the cooler months. Each room has ample wardrobe and drawer space for your clothes and accessories. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, another bathroom with a tub shower is in the hallway, and a half bath is available downstairs.

The open-plan living room, dining room, and kitchen is ideally set up for socializing both during the day and in the evening. The living room opens up on the terrace with a high pergola roof, providing mottled shade as you enjoy the view. Four additional seating areas are available in the garden on both sides of the house.

The garden features a large pool, cleaned twice a week during your stay. When enjoying warm days by the pool, you may wish to rinse in the convenient outdoor shower. Two fountains provide a soothing atmosphere. There is also a countertop with a sink in the garden for your outdoor cooking on the traditional Foukou souvlaki grill or Weber charcoal grill.

Inside, the kitchen is fully set up with all appliances needed, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, water boiler, toaster, juice press, halloumi grill, blender, etc. You are free to use the washing machine. We enjoy drying our clothes in the Mediterranean sun on the outdoor drying carousel.

The villa is set up for serious work or personal entertainment with the fastest Internet connection available in the area, as well as a backup connection through another provider, just in case. There is satellite TV with many international movie channels.

Each guest is provided with a full set of bath towels, as well as a beach towel. For your days at the beach, feel free to use the beach toys and equipment in the adventure box at the villa (the content of the box varies over time as items break and are replaced by guests and the host).
