Bessie's Landing is a 2 ½ hour drive from Dallas and an hour drive from Shreveport. Adjacent to the cottage is the main house which was built in 1857 and Guests are welcome to tour. Beautiful, cozy, very clean and tidy, scrumptious goodies( esp the blueberry bread!) and all one would want for a grand breakfast! Add the “Happy Anniversary” bottle of champagne and wow! Meeting host and hostess was a real treat too! Grand folks with great personalities to go with! Can’t express enough, but best VRBO we have yet experienced!!
