It is recently rehabbed, with free wifi, full kitchen appliances, fully furnished. It has free 50mbs wifi, free satellite NOVA TV, 65" TV in the living area, as well as two 32" TV in each bedroom, clothes washer, full modern kitchen appliances, fully furnished and fully equipped with whatever one needs for a short term or long term stay, with many other amenities. It has one bedroom with a double bed, that can accommodate up to two people, a second bedroom with a double bed, that can accommodate up to two people, as well as a sofa, that can accommodate two more people., for a total of 5. It is nicely situated in a neighborhood in a square, where there are many cafes, restaurants, and a small shopping district.
