Close to the popular resort of Løkken, you will find this cozy vacation home with extensive natural grounds. It is located in a quiet and idyllic setting. The house is ideal for a larger family or several couples, who will have plenty of space and a base from which to experience the many attractions of North Jutland. The ground floor is tastefully furnished. It offers a beautiful, large, and well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, as well as a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove and a beautiful corner sofa with room for everyone. There are also two bedrooms and a functionally furnished bathroom with a shower, underfloor heating, and a washing machine in the house. The second bathroom is located in the former renovated barn, where you have access to a toilet and a modern, separate shower room. Upstairs on the first floor of the barn, you will find two large bedrooms and a lounge with space for children to play and for shared activities. The house is situated on a very large natural plot with trees, offering beautiful views of the surrounding fields, meadows, and pastures where cows graze. On the terrace, you can enjoy summer evenings in front of the barbecue and sunbathe during the day. No rentals to youth groups!A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
