About this property

Brand new beautifully furnished one bedroom apartment ideally situated in the heart of Alvor, enjoying a two minute walk into the centre and a ten minute walk to the beach. The apartment is decorated and furnished to the highest standards. It consists of a bijoux, double bed, air conditioned/heated bedroom with wall mounted TV providing Netflix. The bedroom has a double patio window opening onto the large balcony overlooking the pool area. There is a stylish bathroom consisting of a shower bath, bidet, toilet and vanity sink unit. The modern, large air conditioned/heated open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area provide free fast fibre optic Wi-Fi with plenty of room to relax and watch satellite TV, including Sky and BT Sports. The living area also has a large patio door opening onto the balcony. The balcony overlooking the pool area consists of modern Italian designed Nardi garden furniture. It has a relaxing seating area and a separate dining area allowing you to enjoy meals cooked alfresco on the purpose brick built BBQ whilst watching the sun set. The modern kitchen has Bosch appliances, a fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a Krups coffee machine for those coffee lovers! The apartment has a reserved parking space in the underground car park, a lift is available to the apartment floor and a video entry system. There are two sun loungers by the pool which are reserved purely for the use of our guests. A cot and a high chair are available upon request. There is a well-stocked supermarket a minute's walk away. Whilst every care is taken to ensure that the information given to clients is correct, there may be occasions when the facilities provided or the features described may have to be withdrawn. In the event of the failure of appliances/equipment associated with the apartment, we shall endeavour to get them repaired or replaced as soon as possible. Alvor Holiday

We loved this property, in every way! It was beautiful, clean, fabulous. The owners are lovely. The information package was complete and very helpful. We would definitely want to book this unit again, should we ever get the chance. The only minor change that would have helped us was to have been able to contact the property manager via email, rather than telephone. We eventually figured it all out, and got started on a wonderful holiday. Thank you, Albur Village and Mandy and Mark!

Fantastic Apartment

This is a fantastic, modern and well equipped apartment that has access to a lovely pool area. Great location for everything in Alvor and 2 minutes walk to a well stocked supermarket. Hosts Mandy & Mark were great to deal with.

This property was exactly as advertised and was in perfect condition. The owners, Mandy and Mark, were there to meet us and explained all the details of the apartment and facilities. We felt very at home and the apartment had everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. The balcony is a real plus feature being spacious enough to have a full meal and also relax at other end on comfortable furniture. It is attention to detail by the hosts, that makes the difference, starting with welcome gifts of wine, cake and crisps. Lovely mugs for coffee. Everything you could ever need for cooking and eating with lots of glasses of all sizes. They even supplied travel plugs, which is a first for us. The furniture and decor made it a pleasure to stay in. Plenty of TV Channels to choose from. They kept in touch to ensure all was ok. An immaculate property. Would thoroughly recommend and location to everything is within easy walking distance. Thank you Mandy and Mark for a memorable stay.

Albur village 1 bedroom, Alvor

A truly immaculate apartment, well appointed and to a very high standard. The kitchen has everything you need like washing machine and dishwasher and large fridge/freezer, the bedroom looked small in the photographs but is was perfect with very comfortable bedding and lots of storage. The apartment was always cool and although hot outside we didn’t need the air conditioning units much at all. Large private balcony overlooking the pool where you have you own loungers. Our host were lovely, on hand to assist us if required. A few minutes walk into Alvor centre makes the location perfect! A fantastic stay! 10/10

Excellent

Excellent location, close to beach, restaurants, grocery store, condo very clean, immaculate, ac in main room and bedroom, great balcony to sit out and have breakfast/lunch/dinner that overlooks the pool, parking space available, communication with Mandy and Mark was excellent-highly recommend this property! Had a great time in Alvor and hopefully we will be back again in the near future! Thank you both!
